In SF Chronicle, Baker discusses rising rate of uninsured, lack of consensus on solutions

CHP/PCOR fellow Laurence Baker comments in an Aug. 30 San Francisco Chronicle article on new U.S. census figures which found that a record 46.6 million Americans had no health insurance in 2005 and that fewer people received coverage through their employers. Baker said the number of recent legislative efforts to reduce the number of uninsured show rising concern over the issue, but that there is little consensus on how best to solve the problem.
