This talk will present findings from an ongoing study that uses VA administrative data to determine whether quality indicators are worse for diabetics with mental illness than for those without mental illness. Susan Frayne, MD, MPH, is a PCOR associate, a member of the Division of General Internal Medicine at Stanford Medical Center, and an Advanced Research Career Development fellow at the Center for Health Care Evaluation at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.
